Consulting that Moves
I've worked in tech since 2014 and in Product Operations specifically since 2020 - across 10-person startups and organisations with tens of thousands of employees, in industries ranging from fintech and pharma to gaming and energy.
I've unified how product work happens across 50 teams and five brands at once, built data infrastructure for a global enterprise operating across 90+ markets, and shaped what Product Operations means as a discipline - spearheading the Product Ops Manifesto, speaking on the world's biggest product stages, and now applying my expertise to how AI is changing the way product organisations work.
Below are a few different ways to work with me, depending on how much runway and time your organisation has right now - from focused two-week engagements to embedded, long-term partnerships.
AI Tooling Audit · €2,600 · Two-week engagement
You either have a stack of AI tools that isn't meaningfully moving the needle, or a specific challenge you'd like to solve with AI but no reliable way to know what works. This audit gives you a definitive answer, grounded in years spent building and running Product Operations functions inside some of the most complex organisations.
-
I gather three distinct vantage points before forming a view: the practical reality of your current stack, the lived experience of the people closest to the problem, and the business outcomes leadership is actually accountable for. Few audits hold all three at once, but I've learned that you cannot form a successful strategy when you're flying blind on one.
Equipped with those vantage points, I refine your tooling strategy: I map out what the tool actually needs to accomplish, what it touches immediately before and after in your workflow, which systems it has to integrate with, how you will measure success, and what a credible rollout looks like for your specific context. -
A comprehensive written report: my recommendation, the reasoning behind it, workflow implications, and a concrete testing and rollout approach for your organisation
A completed Tool Adoption Canvas - a clear, one-page summary built for easy internal circulation
A closing walkthrough call to present the findings and take your questions
-
Implementation, vendor negotiation, or ongoing support after delivery. This audit is designed to deliver an expert diagnosis and a clear, actionable path - execution is yours, or something we can scope separately.
-
The AI Tooling Audit is designed to take two weeks, start to finish.
Product Operations Strategy Workshop · €3,000 · Half-day, in person or remote
Ambition for better Product Operations rarely translates into action on its own without a shared, concrete action plan. This focused live session turns that ambition into a prioritised roadmap, built by the people in the room. It draws on the same strategic framework behind my Product Operations Strategy Playbook, condensed into a single, decisive half-day.
-
Before the session, your leadership defines your organisational vision, in broad but concrete terms. I provide the framework for capturing this and you complete it internally - with whoever holds that vision.
On the day, we spend three and a half focused hours together, closing the gap between what is true today and what needs to be true tomorrow to achieve your organisation's vision. We'll define what's already working, what's missing, and what should happen first - concretely and with success metrics. By the end, you leave the room with a draft roadmap and success criteria for your most important Product Ops initiatives, ready to be validated with the wider team. -
A pre-workshop framework to capture your organisation's future vision
A 3.5-hour live, facilitated strategy session
A structured template for capturing the roadmap and success criteria as they're built, so what you leave with is clear and shareable
Copies of all slides, canvases, and templates used on the day, for your own reference and future use
-
Validating the roadmap with your broader team, and acting on it, are deliberate next steps for your organisation to lead. No separate written report follows the session; the roadmap and templates you build live are what you will base your future work on.
-
One half-day session (3.5 hours including breaks), in person or remote. The workshop works best in person, but remote teams can be accommodated.
OKR Review · €3,400 · Two-week engagement
Well-crafted OKRs that run through a broken planning process rarely survive the quarter. Conversely, a disciplined process built around output-focused OKRs just produces disciplined busywork. This review addresses both in parallel, because in practice they only succeed together.
-
I start by familiarising myself with how OKRs currently work in your organisation - how they're set, checked in on, and evaluated - and review your current or draft OKRs ahead of time.
From there, two strands run in parallel: I join your OKR meeting directly - whether that's at leadership, department, or team level - and work through your OKRs live with the people who own them, pressure-testing each one for a genuine outcome focus and measurable success criteria, refining them together in the room.
Separately, I work with whoever runs your OKR cycle day to day - a Chief of Staff, Product Ops lead, or equivalent - to assess the cadence and rituals around it: how planning happens, how progress gets checked, and where the process breaks down. -
A working session inside your actual OKR meeting, coaching your teams on creating outcome-focused and measurable OKRs and refining them collaboratively and in real time
A written assessment of your OKR process - planning cadence, check-in rituals, and evaluation - with clear recommendations for what to change
A closing call to walk through the process recommendations and answer questions
-
Implementation of process changes, ongoing OKR coaching through future cycles, and refining OKRs for parts of the organisation not present in the working session.
-
Two weeks from kick-off to delivery. Ideally run during an active OKR-setting cycle, though it can also be run at other times of the year to inform your next one.
-
In person or remote. The working session provides best results in person, but remote teams can be accommodated.
AI Product Ops Sprint · €6,500 · Two-week engagement
Bring one real problem, and in two weeks I give you a working prototype - built directly inside your own environment, so there's no complicated hand-off when I leave. Working largely independently and with AI as my build partner, I provide a custom-built solution fit to your unique needs.
-
Before the sprint even starts, we hop on a design call. I need to understand the problem you're facing in depth: what you've already tried, where you got stuck, and why it hasn't been solved internally. This is also where we scope what's realistically achievable in two weeks, and agree what check-ins make sense along the way, and with whom.
Once the sprint starts, I work mostly independently, using AI tools like Claude Code as my day-to-day build partner. I'll need one named point of contact I can go to with questions, and access to whatever systems the problem touches - your data sources, your GitHub, your existing tools. Where possible, I build directly inside your environment, under your organisation's name, so the result is immediately yours to keep developing.
Because of the level of access involved, this sprint works best where access and decisions can move quickly.
-
A design call to scope the problem and agree what's achievable
Two weeks of focused, hands-on work building a working prototype or MVP
A written "what's next" document, outlining how to continue developing what's been built
A closing handover call to walk through the result and your next steps
-
Ongoing maintenance or support after the two weeks. Once the sprint ends, the prototype and its continuation are yours to take forward.
-
Two weeks from kick-off, following a design call.
Embedded Consulting · Custom Pricing & Timeline
Some problems aren't solvable in a two-week sprint or a single session - they need an expert partner embedded in the business over time. These engagements typically run a minimum of three months: enough runway to properly understand your organisation, build something structural, and see it through rather than just hand over a best guess and leave.
In practice, this usually looks like:
Leading a full product operating model transformation - redesigning how creation, validation, and accountability work across your entire product organisation
Embedding AI-native ways of working into how teams operate, not as a bolt-on tool but as a structural shift in how work happens
Stepping in as an interim Product Operations leader while you build out the role permanently
My day rate starts at €1,200, scoped to what your engagement actually needs.
